佛山與深圳的配套對比

佛山系全國一個大的貨源地，設計，生產，物流，加工，都有很多，很完善（數量多，規模大）。但偏偏，做小市場，佛山並不適合，並沒有優勢。或者叫做資源匹配得，組織得無深圳甘好。

譬如服務香港市場，很多香港客戶出貨，都是散單，小單為主。而佛山是走大批量。適合用大船出口。

如果香港客戶想做腳線，想做加工磚。在佛山做，遠遠沒有深圳做那麼方便快捷。如果在深圳做，旁晚拉到深圳的加工廠，馬上就加工。當晚，加工廠就會把加工好的腳線送到過港公司的貨艙。晚上23--24點，過港公司的貨車就會準時過港，明天早上，香港的客戶就可以收到整磚和加工好的腳線了。

這樣的服務質素，在佛山是很難找到，很難做到的。

一因為佛山的加工廠效率無深圳甘高，要排產，我同幾個加工廠老闆談過，加錢優先加工得唔得，距地話怕得罪大客戶。加錢都無得優先加工。

二因為佛山的確缺少過港的集運公司。非常缺少當天發貨，當天過港的貨運公司，目前我只找到就只有兩個（過港無甘方便）。

三因為佛山倉庫與加工廠，與貨運公司之間，缺少相應溝通，一切都要我們金銀倉自己請車，自己協調資源去加工，去調配。出貨量大，但效率不高。

總結起來，佛山有兩個鮮明的優點，一個貨源多，規模大。缺點是協調性，時效性不足（適合做大工地，適合做香港的樓宇維修，大項目）。加工廠資源和工廠，和貨運公司匹配不好。呢個就系我們金銀倉最頭痛的地方，成本最高的地方。

深圳市場的特點，就系時效性好，效率比佛山高。過港貨運公司又多。隨便都找到幾間。

結合呢個特點，我地金銀倉，一般都在佛山調貨，所以一定要做好加工廠與倉庫的協調工作。

現階段，我們金銀倉出貨，先以不用加工的內牆磚和外牆磚為主。

至於那些600X600（24“X24”）的拋光磚，仿古磚，全拋釉，一定會做，但會先協調好加工廠和倉庫和貨運的調配才會動手。
